These Yoga Wheel stretches are for tension & general back pain relief. In this yoga class we will work through various yoga wheel poses and stretches to help release tension and achy back muscles.

This yoga wheel class is quick so that you can use it any time of the day whether it be a moment before bed or during the day while at work.

Yoga wheels are great for upper back and lower back pain relief and are incredible for improving posture.

After using the yoga wheel you will also notice your breath may feel a bit more fluid. Being a great heart opener, yoga wheels will offer the mind and body a chance to destress and release anxiety which makes this class a great addition before bed.
