Yoga Wheel Full Body Stretch

By | May 8, 2020

This is a 15 minute yoga wheel full body stretch you can do any time of day to help relieve sore muscles and back tension. I have been using yoga wheels for a few years and have noticed many benefits like back pain and tension relief, better breathing/breath in take, improvement on my posture and deeper back bends when used consistently. In this yoga routine we will work through various yoga wheel stretches to help release tension in the lower and upper back as well as in the shoulders and chest. These yoga wheel poses will also help with back pain and improve your posture.
