This is yoga to feel safe. This is a big yoga hug when you need it most.
If you are feeling uncertainty, having big life changes, or experiencing anxiety – take a big breath and step onto your mat. This class is grounding and stabilizing so if you’re needing to feel safe or feel loved, I’ve got you.
I’ll lead you through calming breathwork, and a slow, safe asana practice that will help you feel centered, safe, and loving.
This is a very approachable class for all levels, including yoga for beginners.
If you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, or panic attacks, my heart is here with you. Please use this 30 min yoga class as a tool in your wellness toolkit – yoga for anxiety. If it brings you calmness, if it helps your nervous system then come back to this stress relief class anytime.
A slower, grounding asana practice can be used along with other tools as yoga for depression relief and healing. I hope you enjoy this healing class and I hope this yoga makes you feel safe, secure, and loved.
