Night Chill is a yin-style class that’s perfect for doing before bed as you prepare for sleep, or in the morning as you’re just waking up.

Rest is an essential part of the yoga practice, this yoga to end a workout is a relaxing way to end the day. Savasana is the most important pose in the entire series as it’s the final shape of class and where your body absorbs all the work that it’s done.
