Welcome to my new yoga sculpt workout series! Let’s be clear about one thing… This is NOT your typical power yoga series or fitness challenge (and in no way affiliated with Core Power yoga studios).. This unique yoga sculpt series is a fusion of my love of dance, yoga (of course!), and my passion for integrating the physical and the mental.
Many power yoga workouts are aggressive.. You’re jumping all around but your actually not feeling a thing. Not us! We’re going to focus, not force. We’re going to go deep, then release. Sculpt, tone and become Uplifted.
