An excellent sequence to help us connect with healthy structure in the legs, knees and hips. It’s beautifully simple, constructed around one pose from 3 different perspectives enabling us to explore new understandings with fresh depth and cellular intelligence. Also wonderful for anyone who has lower back issues, knee fragility, is a teacher and/or enjoys functional nuts & bolts practicing! Remembering that a practice is a meditation in movement and that working with alignments in this way is an incredible way to help harness the ‘monkey mind’. It’s very normal to feel resistance. To want to move faster. Part of the practice in these structural practices is to also learn to watch these reactions without reacting with them! And to allow the adjustments to take you deeper… Through and past that need to be speedy… into meditative dimensions ✨ Let me know your experience! Made with love, X Cat 💫
