Welcome to this healing, yet demanding, yogic immersion. The poses are intermediate but the hold of each pose and the length of the practice is advanced. We use the chair, we use the wall. We explore how the femur bones and hips affect scoliosis. We end with a glorious supported cycle of backbendings. Coming to peaceful quietness and opening our hearts.
