A delicious practice for anyone with leg, hip, and lower back tightness. It’s the 1st practice of a 3 class series designed for beginners. The poses are simple, efficient and clear. We start with a few Standing Poses followed by a series of supine poses, which emulate the openings of the previous standing poses whilst supporting and lengthening the spine. I’ve kept the duration short & sweet making it easy to assimilate the information and integrate these openings into your daily life. This gentle practice is also excellent for releasing lower back pain due to the enhanced circulation of the legs and hips. Our use of equipment is simple and accessible: all that is needed is a some kind of a strap and a flat seated chair from around the house. Let me know how it goes for you! Made with love 🤍 X Cat
