Banish the blues and bring in the light! It’s been a busy week and this practice was perfect for giving me the support, healing and invigoration needed. We explore spinal strengthening, back extensions and supported heart openings with lots of goodies in between. Hope you’re all continuing to stay strong and make time for yourselves.
