I love these yoga for women grounding classes because they bring out a vulnerability, a sweetness, and also a power that comes with stepping into our femininity more fully. It feels like yoga for feminine health – like a big hug.

The class is exceptionally great for yoga for your period or yoga for menstruation.

That being said, women and men are *both* warmly invited to practice this class. We all have femininity and masculinity within us. Everyone needs to be held sometimes.
