Tight shoulders are common, especially if you work at a computer or feel a lot of stress! In this practice, we do some long, deep shoulder stretches to open up the shoulders and upper body to release tension and stress! This is a low to the ground, slow, and calming yoga practice, I hope you enjoy it!
