It’s good to be back here with another video! Today I have a 20 min yoga routine for tight hips! This gentle yoga class focuses on relieving tension from the lower back and hips and will help you get a nice stretch. You can do this quick class after a workout/ power yoga or if you have back aches or stiffness and would like to simply stretch. If at any time you feel the need to rest or modify any pose, please honor your body and do whatever feels good for you. This is your practice, so there are no judgments or expectations!
