Join me for a 25 minute gentle yoga to relieve stress and tension. We will begin by taking a moment to connect our breath, and then we will engage in a series of postures that will help relieve accumulated tension in the body and mind. As we engage in these postures, we will clear any energetic blocks as well, and give our bodies an opportunity to re-align, ground and calm down. Stress has become such a big part of majority of people around the world and unfortunately can lead to many harmful conditions and diseases. Yoga has successfully proven to help many manage stress, anxiety and tension in a natural and holistic way.
I invite you to please listen to your body throughout the practice, and take breaks if necessary. A good resting pose would be child’s pose. To get to this pose, bring your knees mat distance apart, big toes to touch and heels slightly apart. Set your hips down to your heels, and bring your forehead and chest down to the ground to the best of you ability. Stay in this pose for as long as you need, and join back in whenever you’re ready.
Lastly, if you found this class helpful, another class you might want to check out is our Yoga for Anxiety class (click on this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_3e2k_nee0&t=21s). I Sincerely hope you feel better after this class and I am sending you healing and grounding energy.
From my heart to yours, Namaste.
