Yoga for Shoulders, Neck & Chest Class – Five Parks Yoga

This yoga class includes deep stretch postures for your shoulders, neck and chest, both active and passive. I include postures which utilize props such as blocks and straps to assist you in your postures – (modifying or deepening). If you do not have props, I give you alternative options. Postures are on your feet – humble warrior, forward folds with chest expansion, etc., as well as seated postures on the floor – cow face, reverse table and plank, etc. and postures on your stomach and back – locust with chest expansion, bridge with chest expansion, fish and more!
