Intermediate-Advanced Prenatal Postnatal Vinyasa Flow Leg Strength Class. This class is not extremely advanced however it does require experience in yoga from before pregnancy.

This class is appropriate for the second trimester. It can be successfully used during the first and third trimester with small modifications. It is extremely important that we all learn how to properly engage the core during and after pregnancy so that we can recover fast and close the abdominal gap that most of us develop during pregnancy. Yoga during pregnancy is essential for keeping our weight at a healthy place, for preventing leg cramps, hip or back pain, etc. The stretches are very helpful for relieving back and leg pain.
Expect a strong standing sequence which will balance the pelvic floor and hip alignment as well as build the lower body strength while at the same time maintaining flexibility and balance.
