Join me in this delicious practice that takes us through a series of essential asanas whilst bringing attention to the naval and Uddiyana Bandha as we work. The sequence starts with Adho Mukha Svanasanas and Uttanasanas using the wall in various ways to support alignment and penetration. Then comes a heavenly sequence of standing poses regularly interspersed with deep leg/hip/groin openings. This is followed by spine heating poses: a light Sirsasana and Marichyasana III’s preparing us for backbends. I offer a chair version but feel free to practice them as you like… We then wind down in supported Halasana and Chair Savasana. Let me know how it goes for you! Made with love. xox Cat
