Hello lovely people,

We have now reached the 4th and final episode of our Lower Back Series! I hope you have found these classes helpful and enjoyable! This class is a more restorative and gentle class, that will focus on opening up the lower back area and relieving any accumulated tension and stiffness. I invite you to please focus on your breathing throughout the entire practice, and please listen to your body. If you feel like you need to take a break, please go ahead and do that and if you feel like staying in a specific pose for longer, please feel free to do that and just join back in whenever you are ready.

If you have any prior injuries, especially in the lower back area, we recommend that you first speak to your doctor before engaging in this, or any physical activity.
