Hello Everyone,

We have now reached the third episode of our Yoga for Lower Back Pain series! For those following along, I hope you are finding these classes helpful. If this is your first class here, welcome to the community and be sure to check out the other episodes we have! This class, like the others, is a gentle and restorative one and is designed to decompress the spine and lower back area, and through that relieve tension and stiffness which can lead to lower back pain. I invite you to please listen to your body throughout the practice, and take breaks if necessary. Feel free to use props for a more restorative version of the class and try to focus on your breathing throughout the entire practice. If you have any prior injuries, especially in the lower back area, we recommend that you first speak to your doctor before engaging in this, or any physical activity.
