My husband has suffered with lower back pain for years. He has herniated L4, L5, S1 disks in his spine and has approved this sequence! In fact, this routine was made especially for him (by me) and has helped him immensely! Now…I thought I would share with you!!
I recommend that you go slow, connect breath and honour your body. This means to stop or pull back when ever you feel discomfort! It’s ok with take breaks and pause…
Try to practice this sequence 1-3 times a week to ease your lower back pain.
