Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Today I have a gentle 15 min yoga class for lower back pain relief. Lower back pain can be very limiting as it also affects our hamstrings and hips. It can also give us trouble with our posture and make it painful to exercise and practice yoga. If you are experiencing lower back pain on a regular basis, it is important to check in with your doctor to ensure that it’s nothing too serious, and that it’s safe for you to practice yoga or exercise. I encourage you to please be very careful when you practice this class (or any class), and listen to your body. Try not to overstretch, and take breaks if necessary. Feel free to also modify any pose in this class, according to your needs.
