Welcome to this stimulating ‘groins and roots of the thighs’ practice. I think the title says it all! We journey through a fun sequence that includes Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Sirsasana, Sarvangasana, Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana, Hanumanasana and more! Using the chair, the wall, blocks and other props throughout to increase sensitivity and understanding. In essence, within a dynamic context we micro-move and micro-feel the action of the roots of the thighs penetrating the hip sockets… A full and thorough practice that ignites fresh awareness in this hard to access area whilst successfully cleansing mind of all irrelevant chatter.
