Hello friends, I am so honored to practice this slow flow beach yoga class with you. Whether you’re practicing yoga at home or beach yoga this full body yoga class will open your entire body.

Over this 20 min yoga class, we’ll get deep into our psoas, hamstrings, and glutes for yoga hip openers. We’ll melt into yoga poses for a deep yoga stretch – and we’ll bring in a sense of ease. When the mind is at ease, the body can be at ease, and the body opens up easier. We’ll also calm our nervous system and reduce stress. This isn’t just full body yoga, it includes inner work as much as physical movements.
