This Yoga for Beginners class is designed for my new yogis, athletes, or any level who want an easy stiff body release.
If you’re looking to make yoga a regular habit at home, this beginner yoga class is a perfect start. We’ll be focusing on simple, easy-to-follow poses that are especially beneficial for stiff bodies. Even if you’ve never tried yoga before, don’t worry at all! I’ll go over the poses in depth + I’ll nerd out on fascia and why your body may be feeling tight + what you can do to help.
If you’re a yoga beginner, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and know that some poses may feel more challenging initially. Over time, with consistency and practice, you will feel the benefits in more than just your body, but your mind too.
Benefits of yoga extend far beyond flexibility and balance; yoga is known to enhance your concentration, reduce stress, improve your sleeping patterns, and – personally – help with relationships (familial, romantic, and otherwise)
This class will focus on gentle stretches and simple poses to release stiffness in your body, improve your flexibility, and help you develop strength over time. If you’re practicing yoga at home, then get comfy, and lets go!
