Yoga for Back Pain Relief – 15 Min Gentle Yoga for Back Pain – Yoga with Yana

By | September 26, 2020

Hi everyone!

Join me for a quick and gentle yoga practice for back pain relief. Majority of us carry tension in our backs (from sitting too longer, improper posture, sleeping in wrong positions, etc.), these simple yoga exercises can help relieve that tension, pain and stiffness from the back. I encourage you to practice these postures regularly, to achieve best results. If at any time throughout the practice, you feel the need to rest or take a break, please go ahead and do so and join back in whenever you’re ready. A good resting pose would be child’s pose.

If you experience pain in any of the poses, please listen to your body and come out of that pose. If you have any medical problems concerning your back, please check up with your doctor before practicing yoga or doing any physical exercise to ensure your safety! If you are looking for more similar classes, feel free to check out our yoga for tight hips classes (click on the following link for episode 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nG5DMFaWDIw&t=239s).

Lastly, I hope you find this class helpful and enjoyable! Please let me know in the comment section if there are any other specific yoga classes you would find helpful and would like to see on this channel!

Lots of love to everyone!
