This class is for you if you struggle with back tension back pain, neck tension, or shoulder tension.It’s hard to move through your day when you’re experiencing back tension or back pain. It becomes all you think about and can be very limiting. Instead of avoiding the area, let’s bring some loving movement to it.

Remember yoga should never be painful. A deep stretch? Sure. But never sharp pain. If you feel pain, back off and take it easy. In this class, we’ll move through beginner friendly yoga poses that help gently stretch the back, shoulders, and neck.

This is more of an upper back stretch, however, your lower back will get some love because the body is connected!
