A stimulating and purifying practice using the wall and the chair to get deeper and feel more connections. Covers a bit of everything but focuses on Twists and Backbends. The practice starts with a strong series of Standing Poses (with back foot against the wall), moving into Sirasana I and Variations, Forward Bends, Twists and more Twists (!) before culminating in a fabulous series of Chair/Wall Backbends and winding down in Supported Halasana and Chair Savasana. A ‘get-in-there’ practice that brings energy and leaves us feeling deeply touched in body, mind and heart. Made with love. May we enjoy the release! xox Cat
