Welcome to this mindful exploration of stability. In light of this year so far it seems a perfect time to explore this theme! The practice is a workshop-type session where you’ll be invited to reflect on how things feel – experimenting with different techniques, alignments and sensations – as we progress from one pose to another, connecting with stability in general, enhancing stability, exploring different types of stability … within change. The intensity of the class progresses gently but consistently and the journey of coming back to stability as a constant theme adds beautiful clarity and intent.
