Using a chair, bolster and wall to help us gain deeper understanding as we journey through this ode to the prerequisites of a healthy padmasana. Special emphasis on igniting the outer skirting of the feet to access the outer hips. Made with love 💕 X Cat
NOTE – During menstruation please open-the-twists (twist in the other direction) and replace the final ‘legs up against the wall’ section with supine variations and Savasana.
