Welcome to this interesting exploration of Mindful Chair Yoga. We use straps, blocks, blankets and the chair to explore different states of mind in our practice. “What happens when we do this? How does it make us feel?” is the underlying theme of the whole practice. Becoming curious explorers in the psychophysical lab of postures! I really hope that you’ll enjoy exploring these variations, taking the time to get sensitive and look and feel deep inside. In this particular context the effects are deeply supportive of ‘stepping back’ into Witnessing. Noticing. As Geetaji would say Neutralising. I would also call it a Sattvic Rejuvenation.
