Welcome to this foundational practice of the legs, femur bones, hips, sacrum and more! Using 2 straps, a block and a chair we journey together through a variety of interesting explorations that help ignite fresh mindful understandings of healthy basics. Also excellent for anyone with lower back issues. It’s the type of practice that plants seeds of gentle change by making us aware of our tendencies in clear essential ways.
