Join me as we get our Heart and Lungs to work so that we can get stronger and healthier! I modified a traditional Yoga sequence that provides the same cardio-vascular benefit as walking a 1/4 of a mile! And yes, we do it sitting down!
This sequence is great for people with knee, hip or leg issues and/or mobility limitations, and for those who are wheelchair users. Make sure to stay to the end when we power up our glutes and thighs to get our legs stronger, along with our heart and lungs.
