Hi Yoga Friends! This is a hybrid class of flexibility-increasing vinyasa yoga that ends with melty yin yoga poses. The first half of this class is slow flow vinyasa yoga and the second Half is yin yoga – so holding yoga poses for 2+ minutes. This is a yoga class for beginners (and everyone else) to deeper your yoga practice.

Yin yoga is GREAT for reducing stress and calming the nervous system. You will leave your mat today feeling good. I consider this is a yoga for flexibility class (for both mind and body).

This is a full body yoga class where we’ll stretch our entire body including our hips, front chain, back chain, and legs for deep full body flexibility. The vinyasa part of this yoga class is a beginner-friendly yoga flow as we breathe through strong but flexible vinyasa yoga sequences. If you like a solid vinyasa yoga class and yin yoga to reduce stress – this class is for you!

Approach this yoga class for flexibility with a playful sense of ease, bring your bada$$ self, and also your sweet and kind self. I’ll see you on the mat!
