Toes to Head – 15 Minute Swimmers Stretch Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga

This yoga class focused on stretching literally moves from your toes all the way up to the top of your head. The yoga postures are not held for long but will introduce you to postures that will benefit your body regardless of your activities. You do not have to spend a lot of time learning swimming yoga stretches that will benefit your entire body.
