The Complete Taper for Swimmers Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga – 45 Minute Class

You do not need to be a swimmer to practice this athletes stretch yoga class, but the postures in this class were requested by collegiate swimmers who are transitioning from intense training to a period of recovery before competition. This yoga class includes stretches for the entire body and is slow and steady. Props are included but optional and modifications are provided for the postures included in this practice.
