The Complete Practice: FULL 45 minute yoga practice

The Complete Practice begins with 20 minutes of Vinyasa Flow, followed by 15 minutes of Yin Yoga, and ends with a few minutes of Restorative Yoga for a holistic, well-rounded practice that will leave your mind and body balanced and centered. You’ll need 1 block and 1 bolster for this practice.
