Welcome to the 2nd Flow then Slow yoga class where we’re doing a yoga flow and long hold yoga poses to strengthen and stretch the shoulders and arms. We’ll begin with some breathwork, then strengthen the arms with a beginner-friendly flow or vinyasa, then we’ll slow it down and stretch the shoulders with long hold yoga poses or yin yoga.

This shoulder-focused yoga class is the perfect way to reconnect to your breath, get the blood pumping through a slow flow, then relax your body and mind with long hold yoga poses.

Practicing yoga flows is a great way to strengthen the body and improve cardiovascular health, while long hold yoga poses are a great way to increase flexibility and relax. In this Flow then Slow class, I will guide you through breathwork, a yoga flow, then long hold yoga poses for the shoulders and arms, just like we are in a yoga studio together.
