Strength Building Yoga Flow Class – Five Parks Yoga

This yoga class focuses on postures and movements to help you build strength for your yoga practice. After a brief warm-up, the class begins with foot, ankle, wrist and forearm stretching and strengthening before moving into rounds of sun salutations. Core work is sprinkled throughout, using planks and side planks, boats and leg lifts. Strengthen your quadriceps in lunges, squats and chairs. This yoga class includes three back to back holds of crow pose to strengthen the hands, wrists, arms and core. Class closes with a short stretch and twist. Enjoy!!!
