Do you want to feel and look your best? Improving your posture is one of the best ways to do so! When we have good posture, we move more gracefully, have less pain and actually appear taller! In this class, we will focus on the key parts of our bodies that degrade and lead to poor posture. We will work on joint alignment, core stability and balance. Periodically, check your posture in the mirror and you will find it improves over time with your dedication and conscientiousness!
