Tight shoulders are super common from the hunched-over lifestyle that we all seem to need to undo. We’ll stretch our shoulders, upper back, and neck with this 15 min deep yoga for shoulders class.
If you have tense shoulders, tight shoulders, back pain or shoulder pain – listen to your body with these shoulder stretches. You don’t want to feel any pinching or pain but a deep stretch is good.
