Recovery & Strength for Swimmers Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga

I hope you enjoy this yoga class which revolves around strength and stretch for swimmers (and all athletes and yogis). This home yoga class focuses on recovery postures for the neck/upper back/shoulders, as well as postures for the quads and hamstrings, (the front and back of the leg). There are some strength-building postures for the core, but it is not overly intense or challenging.
