Tashi has been asked by many of her students what she recommend they do before the start of a studio yoga class so she shares with the EkhartYoga family what she does to prep for a session, for a pre-yoga class warm up. Some quick and easy stretches as well as a grounded and awakening play with kriyas. Great for yoga students or yoga teachers to warm up themselves before they teach a class.
