Welcome to Lv 1, Class 03 of the Post-Concussion yoga series. Level 1 is the most gentle practice, designed to help you get in touch with your breath, get a stretch in, and do some eye exercises. It can even be done in the comfort of your own bed if you prefer.
Please take each practice mindfully, and pause at any point if you need to.
