Morning breath exercise to charge your energy system, with Esther Ekhart

This Pranayama exercise is part of the “Strong core – Radiant health” program on EkhartYoga. Inspired by Wim Hof, it will charge your body and energy system and open your mind.

Contraindications: If you have an existing medical condition (physical or mental health issues), please check with your doctor if deep breathing and breath retentions are suitable for you. If you are menstruating or are pregnant, skip the deep breathing, breath retentions and the cold shower.
