Welcome back dear friends!

Day 9 is here, and we start this class with some puppy love. And I’m all about that pet love.

I firmly believe that we should always make time for our pets, and I will never kick my pets out of my yoga sequences. Although, I will try to keep them from being too disruptive.

So today we have Honey.

And we have a strong legs vinyasa flow.

We advance through more difficult, dynamic poses, to strengthen the legs, stabilize the hips, and feel the burn! – In a good way of course.

Always listen to your body. Modify when you feel the need, or desire. Push through when you’re feeling the motivation. But never push to the point of pain. And try not to let your ego get in the way.


And don’t forget to love yourself.
