Day 8 dearest friends.

You’ve made it through one week. You’re moving into the second week. This is an excellent accomplishment and you should be very proud.

Today we step it up just a little with some dynamic leg strengthening exercises, move through Warrior II and Reverse Warrior, learn the modifications for Side Angle, tighten the core, and ground down with some calming stretches at the end.

As the days go on, our practice will grow stronger, our bodies will grow stronger.

Stick with it, and there will be sore muscles, but there will also be steadiness, there will also be lightness.


And don’t forget to love yourself.
