Namaste Dear Friends!

It’s the weekend now! I hope the first week of the year has been a good one for you!

This is our longest practice so far, at 30 minutes. Thank you for taking the time to participate.

In this practice, we learn all about Virabhadrasana 1 , or Warrior 1. We also move slowly through some divine hamstring stretches, while also working on strengthening the back body.

This one is a good one. Well rounded and juicy. It hits all the marks, I promise.
