Namaste Beautiful People!

As we get closer and closer to the end of this journey together, I find myself feeling a little melancholy.

This time together is precious. This time on your mat, with yourself, with your body and your thoughts, where you release the tension and stress of the day…this is precious.

If you take one thing from our 30 days together, I hope it is this: that the time on your mat, the time that you take for yourself, is non-negotiable and absolutely necessary.

And today we take a short 22 minutes to remember that it’s ok to tremble, it’s ok to lose balance. What is important is that you come back to it.

In this class we open the shoulders and heart, work on balancing poses, strengthen the legs, then get deep into our hips with stretching at the end.
