Today we hit on the core again, step things up, add some intervals, in preparation for the style of class that I like to provide.

There are twists, there are planks, there are double chaturangas, and a little bit of cardio. A full, well-rounded full body workout.

And all you need is your mat and your beautiful self.


And don’t forget to love yourself. Sweaty, shaky mess and all.
