As we move into the last couple days of our practice, we really start to push outside of our comfort zone.
Modifications are offered and encouraged.
We step up the pace in our intervals, and begin to strengthen the body in preparation for burpees, which I really enjoy and love to include in my classes.
I hope you enjoy as well. Take breaks if you need to. Focus on your form. Give yourself a pep talk. And get through this class! And all the classes to follow.
