Welcome to day 25/30. Happy Friday! If you’re doing this in real time. Happy – Insert day of the week here – to everyone else! Whatever day it is for you, smile and rejoice. Every day is a day to be grateful for.
This class we focus, once again, on twists. However, we flow through some more advanced asanas now, to test the waters, see how our practice is progressing.
Twists are lovely aren’t they? They provide a free spinal adjustment, massage the organs, aid in digestion, help to detox the body, and help with posture.
Enjoy! And don’t forget to love yourself, whether you can pretzel your body or not.
